I received laser lipo, radio-frequency and cavitation(I think we’re the names) for a problem area around my knees after weight loss. Some things could have been better as far as service, but unltimately, I am very happy and satisfied with the results. I think the services offered for the price, can’t be beat! If you are in need of any contouring, I highly recommend Bella DaVinci… I would use the services again!

The techs are very accommodating and professional. I totally enjoyed my experience. I was educated on the procedures during the process which made me feel more comfortable. The spa is very affordable and versatile. There is something for everyone. I left feeling rejuvenated and are fully energized. I will forever be a client. The service here is amazing. When you walk in the door you begin a journey. The ambience is so calming. The techs are very accommodating and professional. I totally enjoyed my experience. When I first went to Bella DaVinci I was so eager to find out exactly how this business could help me with some of the stubborn fat I have around my midsection. Of course I did some research but I still did not think it eased my mind. When I first met with my technician via an online consultation, I had a lot of questions and she was willing to answer them. Fast forward, I went in for my first appointment and she talked me through the entire session letting me know what she was doing any why. Once my session was over, I could immediately see the results. However, to make sure my eyes were not deceiving me, I asked my fiancé if he could see a difference and he said he did. I had him point out where he thought he saw the difference and it was exactly where the procedure was done. I was sold. I have since gone back for more sessions and am pleased. If you ever have any questions do not hesitate to ask them. Bella DaVinci is very knowledgeable and is there to ease your mind. When I first went to Bella DaVinci I was so eager to find out exactly how this business could help me with some of the stubborn fat I have around my midsection. Deceiving, false advertisement, invasion of customer privacy, needs to be shut down.I scheduled a consult with “star” for the noninvasive BBL package. She was easy to interact with via zoom and spoke in technical terms about her services to make them seem effective. She did not go into details rather along the lines of ‘it’ll be easier to be more in-depth during the time of your appointment”. She ensured me her services will get me the results I am seeking and that she will be the one conducting the service as there was no one else capable to do so. Upon arrival, I contacted the business informing the receptionist that I arrived the area for my appointment and requested for directions to the exact location since I am not familiar. The business entrance was barricaded with a table with COVID-19 warnings, rules, etc, and stating to wait at the table to be brought it. I waited 10 minutes past my scheduled time and no one came to let me in. I made my way in to see the receptionist messing with her phone. She sat me down telling me star was running late. I waited approximately 20 minutes until another lady lead me to the spa ‘room’ claiming that she is the technician and will conduct my treatment. The room was created using thin black fabric that is easy to see through. The receptionist took ‘before’ pictures while flashing a bright light in the room, only increasing the visibility. The tech placed suction cups on my buttocks and sloppily laying laser paddles on my stomach area, leaving the bright light on, exposing everything into the room. Several people, male and female, entered the business passing the ‘room’ I was in with the clear visibility of me receiving treatment with only my undergarments on. The pillow and table used was filthy and had an odor, nothing looked wiped down let alone disinfected, and no CDC guiltiness were followed (masks, social distancing, cleaning areas between services, etc.). The treatment was described on the website “to include two non surgical lip area, two radio frequency treatment areas, transfer of liquefied fat, hip and buttock enhancement, body wrap with infrared technology, all in one session with bonus sample products”. ~4 laser paddles were placed on my stomach for ~1 hour and never removed regardless of my discomfort and literally suction cups on my buttocks for ~3 hours. I received nothing else. After the treatment I attempted to express my concerns with the ladies at the reception but was quickly pushed out while claiming I will see results and results are permanent. This treatment is listed with a value of $1200 with a ‘promotion’ lowering it to $500. Hindsight, it seems that Star did make it but kept herself at the receptionist socializing with the other staff and never showed up to my treatment. Rather, Star contacted me only after I won the dispute on the charges on my credit card claiming “there was a request for a duplicate charge” for the service; an attempt to trick me to recharging my card. I have reported them to OSHA, this business has no integrity, has poor business practices, and I unfortunately fell for the scam with my good intentions of supporting small business.Enter at your own risk.
