I’m a new customer and I’m happy to have found this salon close to home. Staff is great! I couldn’t be happier with my stylist “Rona” who does an amazing color & cut. It’s not your typical salon. It’s actually a single family home that’s been converted into a relaxing place that I look forward to spending an hour or so for some “ me time”. I’m looking forward to my next visit.

Best hair salon.. friendly, follows guidelines/protocols.. My hair dresser Karen L not afraid to take hair color risk with haircoloring. The owner Jen D. Super super nice..friendly, down to earth person. Hard worker and knows her salon business very well and takes care of clients… Atmosphere is warm inviting, plenty of parking spaces as well as handicap accessibility too.. well designed inside as well . Very upbeat with decor as well.. So so many more great things about here as well. Does nails too along with Waxing too… ❤

If I could give them a negative star I would. Rona cut my hair yesterday, I showed her a picture of what I wanted which was a more styled pixie cut seeing I was trying to grow out my hair and I needed a clean up. Don’t get me wrong she was a nice women but she shouldn’t be cutting hair. Upon sitting in her chair she asked me if I wanted her to use clippers or scissors. I’m not a hairdresser so naturally I said what ever you think is best. She literally took clippers up the back of my head and shaved the back. Then washed my hair. As she continued the cut she stoped to show me the back. It looked like a mushroom cut from the 90s. Never have I wanted to cry so much in my life. When I asked her to blend it she said he color difference in my hair was throwing her off. SERIOUSLY? What happens when someone want a trim with ombré hair? Does she panic? I will never go to Bella Dame Salon again. Today I have to go and get my hair cut into another short pixie which really makes me depressed since it took me 6 months to grow the length I had.
