Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismGot a facial certificate through groupon. I have been calling for 4 days since then to try and book. NEVER an answer. Never. Ok, maybe they’re busy…whatever. So someone calls me back and says she can’t book an appointment right at the moment because she doesn’t have access to appointment booking and asks me to call back on Monday. Well, it’s Monday, and so far there hasn’t been an answer yet when I call the number. I’m just going to cancel the groupon (which I’m guessing is what they want anyway). Got a facial certificate through groupon. I have been calling for 4 days since then to try and book. NEVER an answer. Never. Ok, maybe they’re busy…whatever. So someone calls me back and says she can’t book an appointment right at the moment because she doesn’t have access to appointment booking and asks me to call back on Monday. I booked a facial on Groupon it says to call to make an appointment, I call a lady answers and says they’re closed on Tuesday’s for the Fort pierce Location, which is most likely a lie because online it says they’re open okay so I call today and the lady acts like she’s going to take my appointment and hangs up in my face I call back no answer I call again sends me to voicemail I call again and try to leave a voicemail and it’s full!! I booked a facial on Groupon it says to call to make an appointment, I call a lady answers and says they’re closed on Tuesday’s for the Fort pierce Location, which is most likely a lie because online it says they’re open okay so I call today and the lady acts like she’s going to take my appointment and hangs up in my face I call back no answer I call again sends me to voicemail I call again and try to leave a voicemail and it’s full!! A lady answered I didn’t get her name but she told me she had an opening next Monday when I asked what’s the latest I can come in she hung up on me. I called back 5 times and got no answer. I thought maybe they were having phone problems so I call the next day and no answer. My friend then tells me try calling from her phone so I call and the same lady answers. I told her I wanted to setup an appointment and mentioned I had a Groupon and she tells me the facials are 7 weeks out and she hung up. I try calling back and it goes to voicemail. I reached out to Groupon and they refunded me for the two facials I purchased. I did not want to give them my business after that experience. I will be going somewhere else. A lady answered I didn’t get her name but she told me she had an opening next Monday when I asked what’s the latest I can come in she hung up on me. I called back 5 times and got no answer. When someone finally returned my call, they didn’t introduce themselves to make me aware of who was calling me. When I asked who was speaking she gave me her first name and then hung up on me. I called back and left a new message because, yet again, I got the voicemail. I had two other people call on my behalf to see if they would get a different response and one got hung up on after saying they were a new customer. I have been calling for several days with no success in getting to a person. When someone finally returned my call, they didn’t introduce themselves to make me aware of who was calling me. When I asked who was speaking she gave me her first name and then hung up on me. I called back and left a new message because, yet again, I got the voicemail.
