I have been receiving facials regularly with Kelsei. Today was the day for the next one. I never feel anything less than amazing when I leave. My skin feels great and has a beautiful glow. I highly recommend her for a day of pampering. She offers different time frames from 30 minutes to 90 minutes for facials.

I don’t normally write reviews, but unfortunately I didn’t have a great first and last experience with Taryn. I went for a color and cut and just wanted to match my roots. She talked me into a “fill” that would help the color not wash out so quick and I knew it would be an up charge, but wasn’t thinking it would be $45. When she was done, she asked how I liked it. I told her it’s quite dark. It turned out very red and many shades darker than what I wanted. She told me to go home and wash it a few times and if that doesn’t tone it down she will bleach bath it. She also charged me $130 for this, when it was originally supposed to be $85. I texted her the same day to get in to get my hair fixed and she said she could get me in next week. Next week?! I would like it fixed immediately when she knows she messed up and it’s not what I wanted. So she got me in two days later, then canceled on me. She did not take it seriously whatsoever. I will have someone else fix it now. Also, the hair cut is not good either. It’s uneven and just not flattering. I even tipped her the 20%, because that is how I run. I’m thinking I need to change my mentality on that now.

Katie has been my stylist for almost a year now, and recently moved to this salon. There is no one else I would ever trust to let near my hair and she is going to be Bella & Co’s greatest asset! The salon itself is super cute, with Image skincare, and a boutique in the corner! They also offer different refreshments and host monthly events. I will follow Katie anywhere, but I am glad she chose this salon!
