I adore the owners of Bella Cara. Nicole and Jill are incredibly talented and really know what they are doing. Nicole is your go to girl for spray tanning and Jill is the master of eyebrow shaping. I haven’t met the girl who does the eyelash extensions, but I hear she’s great as well. This is such a neighborhood gem! I don’t know why you’d go anywhere else. Keep doing what you’re doing!!
