I will start with the positives: Good location, coffee/tea/wine available, and quality products. The bad? The stylist (Ashleigh) gave me a beautiful color and cut the FIRST appointment. The root color appointments that followed were a mess. She was clearly either not recording what she did, or incapable of mixing color. She also seemed incapable of receiving feedback from her client (overly defensive). I remained hopeful she would find her “groove” till this 4th color. After returning from the shampoo bowl post color, even while wet, I could tell it was too light (lightest yet!!) . I said something immediately only to hear “You are just a worry wort: so I take everything you say with a grain of salt” I was shocked & deeply embarrassed, even more so when I heard the owner of the salon chuckle after the comment. (This was also not the first time I was gently “insulted” or dismissed for a concern! ) Let me say there are clear lines along my hair shaft indicating the changes of color. The last color didn’t even cover the grays. Photo is after only ONE wash post color. I decided it’s time to move on before I look like a zebra.
