I loved the service! My hair stylist was Beka and she did an amazing job with my hair. Specially because I wanted to change my hair color. She did an amazing job listening what I wanted, preparing the color and cutting my hair. It was exactly the color I asked for. Also, she was very nice and professional. I highly recommend Beka services in this salon!! I’ll definitely come back.

Wow….I’m totally spa drunk writing this review. I had the most amazing day at Bella Capelli with Gabby and Andi! First, they’re located in a beautiful old house in the historic part of Hilliard (I think that’s the area- honestly, I’m not familiar with Hilliard). I got the If You Need Me I’ll Be At The Spa package and it was 4 hours of the best self-care ever. I started with a body wrap that was both warming and cooling at the same time before being wrapped in a beautiful warm hug of various blankets. Definitely know what it feels like to be the inside of a Chipotle burrito! Then, to rinse off the mud, I soaked in a bubble bath in the beautiful, above ground tub. I then got my 90 min massage from Andi. I can’t believe she was able to keep up the deep tissue pressure the whole time but she did! She really worked some problem areas in my neck and back and I feel so much better. Then, I finished off with a facial with Gabby who took the time to address my skin concerns and work her magic on my skin. After four hours, I felt like a content wet noodle and I’m so glad I Ubered there because I was in some kind of coma! Booking was super easy. I just texted with Gabby and we talked about what I was looking for. I really appreciated her rearranging some things to work logistics and make sure I got the time for everything I needed/wanted. I definitely look forward to coming back in the future!

I spoke with Zoe about the price for my hair would be and we agreed on $110 and no more them $130. I show up on the day of the appointment and Zoe did a good job with my hair however the price went up to $210 even though we didnt add anything else only what we agreed upon. She mentioned that the price went up because my hair was long but she only highlighted my roots. So I failed to see the connection between the difference in price when she saw my hair in person and remembered who I was on the day of the appointment and how long my hair was.

Positive: QualityI went to Jenna for my first haircut following a year plus of breast cancer. Jenna was amazing! I have never laughed and enjoyed myself at a salon like I did with her at Bellas! The staff are friendly and good at what they do. The online scheduling on their website is great. I’m almost hesitant to recommend the lady that does my hair because she is so good that I’m afraid she’ll get booked up! Every one I’ve recommended to her comes away happily. If you go, ask for Angel. You won’t be disappointed.
