I have been going here almost a year and my last highlight was a disaster. Not only was I over processed but my hair has breakage so bad it actually falls in my hand. My color is cooper orange and brass. It has cost me over 200 dollars for a correction. In order to get the climbs if copper and orange another hairdresser had to low light me dark brown to be presentable. Friends gasped when they saw me specially 3 weeks later went it started the orange and copper in clumps. I now have to get Olaplex treatments every two I weeks to save my hair from breaking more. I can’t believe they knew they ruined my hair and never called to follow up with the disaster they did to me. I would never step foot in that salon. I will not mention the hairdressers name because I am nit an unkind person but I will say you are taking a chance getting your hair highlighted and if they make a major mistake they will not own up to it it even call to see what can be down to help your hair. V thank god I found another Salin that is taking steps in helping me get my hair healthy and hopefully stop the burnt hair and breakage Due to the way they ruined my hair I will not be able to attempt blonde highlights until the end of the summer. I now have to except a dark brown and live with it until my hair can finally become healthy. When your hair isn’t right you just walk through each day depressed Thanks for not caring and thanks for not trying to right your wrong If I could give zero stars I would have. I never right a review but I just had to since they had no concern after I walked out the door in tears

This is only my second time getting my hair highlighted, and I just moved to the area, so I needed a new salon. I chose Bella Capelli because they had such great online reviews. They were very accommodating to my time schedule and even took appointments on a Monday! Traci was my stylist! She was amazing, not only did she have a deep knowledge of coloring techniques and products, she also was hilarious and very fun to chat with during my three hour highlight process (I have a LOT of hair). She talked through the color that I wanted with me and even triple checked my hair cut line to make sure everything was even. I was served coffee as well which was the perfect cherry on top for an already incredible haircut and coloring experience. I can’t wait to go back!

I really look forward to going to Bella Capelli to have my Stylist do magic to my hair. Kim has such talent and experience and is so artful with her cuts, shaping and knowledge of coloring and highlights, it is such a relaxing experience for me because she knows exactly what to do. Critical: Professionalism100% will not recommend. Lady wanted to leave I guess so she rushed me out of the chair. After I worked all day and was just looking to get my hair done. Then she said it would be a process to do what I wanted to my hair which is fine didn’t let me finish talking but she didn’t feel comfortable doing it. And that it would be 80 dollars an hour my hair is thin and not long at all never heard such a thing in my life. Extremely unprofessional why are u open until 8pm if u don’t want night time customers. Been getting the same thing done to my hair for years and never had a problem. I visit Bella Capelli Salon regularly to have my eyebrows waxed by Tracy. Tracy is awesome! She does a beautiful job on my brows. At our first meeting, she listened to me describe the look I was going for, viewed the photos with me, and executed the waxing perfectly. She’s very thorough and cares about the details of her work. While receiving the service, she makes friendly chit-chat, and remembers a few key things from our last visit, which makes you feel very taken care of. The Bella salon itself is beautifully kept, with easy access parking, and fair prices. I highly recommend the salon and Tracy.
