I have gone to this salon for the last few years while visiting each summer. I requested to reschedule my appointment as our street was flooded due to the heavy rain this morning. The lady I spoke too was rude and unprofessional. Unfortunately I cannot control Mother Nature. I canceled my remaining appointments as they were not very accommodating.

Amazing!! I went today to have my hair changed from a box color dark red back to my more natural blonde. This was a big change for me because of some personal reasons so I was nervous, but I had no need to worry. Jason did a miraculous job!!! I love my hair again and it was such a great experience. It is amazing! It took many hours, so I got to see a lot of the staffs interactions with clients as well as each other. Everyone was extremely professional, kind, fun, and talented. I highly highly recommend this salon.

I have experience with many different high end salons both in Boston and NY. I have also checked out high end salons in CT paying the 550 plus dollars for a color and a cut and received services at various Old Saybrook locations. I have always come out of those places looking like someone I never asked to be because they “knew best”. Bella Capelli is a friendly, clean and accommodating place that listens and delivers on customer expectations. Jess is especially attentive to her customers and will give suggestions but never does what she “thinks best” when the answer is no. Great place, great people!
