Critical: QualityI found Stephanie on Instagram. Her photos of the work she has done caught my attention. I have struggled with my eyebrows for a very long time. I had them microbladed about 4/5 years ago and they were faded. I’ve been penciling my eyebrows way before it became a trend because I have very, very sparse eyebrows. When I reached out to Stephanie in regards to powder brows she said she would be able to go over my already faded microbladed brows. (Other places I’ve called would not so I was really happy she could potentially help). The cost of the powder brows was as expected. Her area was clean and she was super nice. Unfortunately I didn’t get the result I was expecting and my brows are ever worse now then before. When she mapped out my brows I told her I didn’t want them so square and she said that would be where she stops. She also shaved part of my right brow underneath so that brow is higher then the left one. The right brow is a bit more manageable due to it being thinner. But the beginning of my brow is crooked ( most likely Bc she had me crooked on the table and she wasn’t behind me) so I have to fill in the front and also the tail of my brow. My left eyebrow is horrible. It is super thick, the beginning of my brow is so square and looks unnatural. The color is also off. My eyebrows looks like an ashy grey and I used an espresso colored pencil. So now I have to make my brows look thick, dark and it doesn’t fit my face. It was so bad I stayed home to work Bc I didn’t want to leave my house. I was a little self conscience before but now even more. I feel very ugly and I literally scrub my face every day as many times as I can. I gave Stephanie 2 stars for cleanliness and professionalism. I reached out to her literally in tears after sharing pictures w her where she said that my brows didn’t look this way when I left. She offered to move my touch-up up three weeks. The more I thought about it the more I was anxious and honestly scared. It’s a bit difficult to fix w my pencil so not sure what more pigment would’ve done and I wasn’t going to find out.
