I am beyond pleased with my service! This was my first Brazilian Wax, so beforehand I was super nervous but Cassie made me feel so comfortable. She is very welcoming and conversation came easy, considering I was nervous! Cassie is seriously so fun, almost like visiting an old friend.. I was laughing from our bantering nearly the entire time, which made the experience a lot easier. She also gave me a little aftercare card and exfoliating mitt which will be really helpful. Also getting ahold of her with any of my questions was super easy as well.

So I originally wasn’t going to leave a review but after a friend almost went here I thought I should say something. I came in last winter to get my bangs trimmed and around 3 inches cut off the back of my hair. And to her credit the back looked fine but my bangs were completely and totally destroyed. As in I could’ve had a child do them destroyed. It took months to grow them out long enough to get my shape fixed. When I show people the pictures they literally gasp in shock and disbelief. The stylist heavily styled them to try and cover up how bad they were (they still looked like a mushroom took over my head) then the next morning I had decided to assess the damage after the styling wore off. They were way way way worse than I had initially thought. I was able to salvage them but they were much shorter than I usually go for, which wasn’t ideal but at least I could go out in public. Needless to say hats and slicked back looks were my friend for the next 4 months. I’m not the type to leave a negative review especially for a small business and hopefully this was just a 1 time mistake but even so people should know what they’re getting into.

The room was clean and quiet! I have been to other places that you hear others moving about in the building or talking. I highly recommend Josh.

I received a amazing facial from Amy. She is so knowledgeable about skin care and explains everything extremely well. She also did pain free brow wax which is always a good thing. My skin has never looked better and I cannot wait to have another appointment with Amy!

Apparently this place doesn’t want business. I called and left voicemail requesting returned call for haircut. A week goes by. I called and receptionist said she’d call me back and never did. Won’t beg for services. Went elsewhere and won’t attempt here again.

Had a consultation with my sister to get our hair and makeup done for her wedding and it seemed like the stylists had no idea what was going on and looked really confused. They never asked us prior to the consultation if we wanted a trial and the whole thing took not even 5 minutes after driving 20 minutes there for them to tell us that it should be fine to do what we wanted. Not to mention the looks I got from both stylists when I said I just wanted my hair simply down and curly. Overall just felt really awkward and unprofessional. We ended up canceling our appointments and looked elsewhere.

We had a horrible experience at this salon. My daughter had her eyebrows waxed and the skin was practically ripped off above her eyebrow. She had them done at this salon before with no problems. Then she had her nails done and the nail technician barely said a word to her. She said it was so awkward. We will not be back and I would never recommend this salon.
