A lack of professionalism (and accountability) will always negatively impact your business and cause your skill to be overlooked. I had a 10:45am appointment and had to be “squeezed in” for 3:15pm due to a lack of planning and scheduling on the owner’s, Ty, part. Once I arrived, the job was extremely rushed. I booked an eyebrow shaping with tint, Ty left the tint on for about 10 seconds before removing it. While my brows are shaped, the tint is blotchy and uneven. I called Ty at Bella Bliss Spa to schedule an appointment for a touch-up. After expressing who I was and what my disdain was, she claimed to be busy, stated she would call me back (again, inconveniencing next due to ANOTHER error on her part), and I haven’t heard from her since.

Terrible experience! I went for a shaping up of my eyebrows and the waxed dropped hot wax in my eye! Although it was a accident the wax was extremely too hot! Everything went downhill after that! My eyebrows looked worst than when I went into the place! Never again will I return! I just hope my eyebrows grow back!

Critical: Communication, Professionalismvery unprofessional and its sad as a black person you try to support black businesses but the experience I had make you not want to. for my first appointment I scheduled a appointment for a facial and bbl. after me getting undressed and laying on the table ready for the service morgan tells me she need to go to the store ( first red flag). my thing is she knew I was getting a service already which was the facial. why tell me to get undressed if you wasnt prepared. so I rescheduled to give it another shot for the following weekend. morgan stood right there as the girl that did my facial booked my appointment. i showed up to my rescheduled bbl appointment at 12:00p and morgan is no where to be found (second red flag).
