Critical: Professionalism, QualityAbsolutely unprofessional!! Didn’t listen or try to understand what I wanted. I showed her pictures of the haircut I wanted and told her about what length I wanted my hair to be yet she didn’t pay attention to anything and went on to cut my hair however she wanted. She cut my hair so fast, probably less than 5 minutes, I didn’t have any time to even realize. Not only did she cut my hair 3 inches way too short but also gave me layers and bangs I didn’t ask for and when I pointed all of this out to her she said it looks exactly like the picture???? Even though the length of hair in the picture was past the shoulders with minimal layers and face framing layers past jawline. It couldn’t be further apart yet I walked out with Dora haircut. I came home and realized the haircut was very uneven especially the bangs. This is the worst haircut I have ever had and my hair won’t recover for months. Absolutely unprofessional!! Didn’t listen or try to understand what I wanted. I showed her pictures of the haircut I wanted and told her about what length I wanted my hair to be yet she didn’t pay attention to anything and went on to cut my hair however she wanted. Critical: QualityTerrible experience. I very specifically asked for a short trim and thinner hair, and I ended up with a bob and choppy layers like roof shingles. I kept asking her to not cut it too short, but she just ignored me and kept doing it her own way. My sister also got her hair cut here and ended up looking like a Pomeranian.Service: Haircut

She’s so sweet and does a great job in such a short amount of time. Will be coming here every time I need a haircut!
