Just sat waiting to get my eyebrows done for 55 minutes as other people who did not have appointments got put in front of me for nails. When asked when I would be, I got “a few minutes” 20 minutes go by, I ask again and he said “soon.” I have no problem waiting it is the deception of continuously saying it will be soon. I left, what a waste of an hour!

Tried this place, went to others, and ended up coming back. Salon is very pretty and very neat. Staff is always nice and I had Vus last time. The nail color I picked ended up being lighter than I liked and when I asked him if we could do one more coat he offered to paint another color on top and even picked it out. He then even told me to take a picture of the color incase it chipped so I could come back and get it fixed if something happened. VERY happy with this place and will be sticking with it from now on

My daughter and I had a walk in appointment. The technician that did my daughter’s nails was rough, disregarded her polite statement that her cuticle cutting was hurting her and kept on until she said ‘ouch, that really hurt’ and never apologized. Her toe was bleeding. Avoid this place. Pedicure

I decided to try this place as it is in a very nice area and I always seem to pass by the salon on my way into Whole Foods. I scheduled an appointment and went to this salon for a gel manicure. The nail tech was coughing the entire time she was doing my nails. She had set a fan on her table top blowing at herself that seemed to be off balance and it was producing a loud noise the entire appointment. She barely cleaned or pushed back my cuticles. She applied my gel polish in a very messy manner and got polish on my fingers. Instead of wiping it off when making the mistake, she decided to just file the excess polish away at the end…. You’re not supposed to file skin. Upon leaving and making payment, the nail tech ran my card and stated that because their internet connect was poor the card machine didn’t charge my card. She printed a receipt showing me “communication error. Received time out. No charge” and then proceeded to run my card again. The following day I checked my bank account and noticed that there were 2 pending charges for my gel manicure. I waited a few more days thinking that 1 of the charges would fall off. A few days passed and both charges posted to my bank account. I stopped by the salon to show them that both charges posted to my bank account and the guy told me to wait a few days, that my bank would refund me. No that is not true. Once a charge posts to your bank, your bank will not just reimburse you. You must file a dispute. The guy begged me to wait a few more days and caused quiet a scene in front of the salon clients. He kept telling me “Kara don’t worry it’s okay, the bank will give you the money back. I didn’t get paid twice, I got paid only once” I proceeded with filing the dispute with my bank for the duplicate charge. I will not be returning.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueHorrible experience. Do not go here. They made my nail beds bleed, filed my nails down way way to short. Didn’t ask me any questions on what I wanted. Rushed the entire time and put the dip powder on and kept filing layers of it off to the point where you could see my nails under the color and the color looks horrible. All my fingers hurt AND they didn’t even give a massage with lotion after. The lady was super rude and they didn’t refund either despite me being upset and telling them she hurt me. HORRIBLE!
