Absolutely wonderful service. BJ is an amazing hairstylist. Tender-headed is my middle name and BJ did everything right, I barely had any discomfort, she checked on me periodically to make sure I was doing good. Don’t even get me started on the time, medium waist-length knotless braids under 4hrs? I’ve never experienced such. I’m definitely sticking with them.

Oringal appointment was canceled and moved to a later time in the day. It was ok because I was flexible.The stylist were nice but I feel they were a bit rough on my hair jerking it from time to time. They apologized when they did it. They used a tiny comb and combed from the root down …. Everyone knows with natural thats a huge no no.. the braids came out nice I just worry about the after math and how much damaged that combing caused..depending on that will help me decide if I will return or not.

The braiders were very nice and professional. A little more expensive than I would’ve have anticipated but I read the previous reviews, seen their previous work, and considering I was strapped for time; because I was going out of town I still went to this shop. The braids are beautiful and neat and my hair was braided in a timely fashion. I have gotten so many complements on my hair because of how beautiful the style is.
