Amazing place! First thing I noticed when I walked in was how clean & fresh it smelled & all the smiling, welcoming faces I got. They did an absolutely amazing job on my feet & toes with beautiful colors & designees on the ring fingers. They even went above & beyond by staying an extra hour over closing time to finish & didn’t rush! Love this place! Will definitely be back again!

Stopped by randomly today after getting an oil change in Santa Ana. I was greeted when I walked in and was given pricing when I asked. I also was able to be helped right then and there. Eva was my nail tech & she was really nice. I got a gel manicure, and I love my nails. Safe to say this random stop was good & I hope to come back soon!

Absolutely love every team member who works at this nail spa! They all greeted me with the best smiles and attitudes. They made me feel like we were friends for 20 years! I felt so comfortable and welcomed. The vibe in this shop is fun, happy and blessed! My nail tech asked me questions about exactly what I wanted and made sure to check in with me to make sure I was happy. I wish Bella the owner would duplicate her business and customer service team in several different locations. Such a great experience when you’re looking to be pampered. And don’t pass up the hot stone massage they do on your feet and legs! Such an amazing feeling/massage!

I thought I had beautiful nails that I loved. It has literally been a few days with my fill I got from them and already my gel nail polish on my acrylics are PEELING OFF!! Never in my life has my gel nail polish started to peel off! I was only in the area due to a friend and decided to try this place. They were sweet enough to take us in last minute. The lady hardly spoke to me but did a good job. I cant go back anytime soon to have them correct this cheap nail polish job they did. So I’m stuck with these chipping nails.

I came here for a mani/pedi because I was in the area that day. First the good side: they were flexible with scheduling and had availability. The place was clean and spacious. The cuticle cleaning and shaping of my nails was well done. Here is where they can improve: I arrived at 5:53pm for a 6:00pm appointment and it did not start till 6:15pm. No problem, I get it that it happens. I got a regular mani/pedi and was given the color wheel usually used for gel polish. I asked to see the color I chose and I was told no. I soon realized why-the brand of gel color they have comes with a free regular polish and that is what they use for mani/pedis. It was weird to not see the polish bottle first, but okay fine. What prompts my 2-star review is the quality of the polish; it was old and thick. My nails chipped in less than 24 hours and it took me 30 minutes (!!!) to remove this horrible polish. I had to use a nail filer because polish remover was not enough. I wish they had just asked me to pick another color once they opened that bottle.

Fist time came here and will never go back again.I only fixed one broken finger gel and the manicurist didn’t do any cuticle care. Even made me hurt and bleeding right now. Also the extension askew.
