Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueNew in town and needed a haircut, so I got set up with Ludy. I asked for my usual long layered cut for my long hair, I also decided to go with bangs, and to take nothing off the length. I showed her a picture of what I wanted. Ludy spent 10 minutes cutting the back, I asked again what she was doing and she said layering. I got very nervous because she wasn’t cutting it like a layer should’ve been cut and said to move on to the sides and front. She didn’t layer the sides and cut my bangs weird. She charged me more than what she quoted on the phone. I got home and cut my bangs over again. When I looked at the back of my hair I could’ve cried. It was short, even shorter than the sides, and the bottom hairline had a big chunk missing. The “layer” she worked on was a half inch above the bottom and so thick it looked ridiculous.
