Due to a pinched nerve in my shoulder and almost unbearable pain in my neck, I recently underwent the Trigger Point Massage Therapy treatment with Belinda Manchester as my massage therapist. After having the 1-hour session with Belinda, I can truthfully say that my neck, shoulders and back feel much better and I do plan to follow up very soon with another Trigger Point Treatment massage. Belinda was courteous and professional and made me feel comfortable and relaxed during the session. I highly recommend seeing her for the Trigger Point massage if you are experiencing nerve & muscular pains and discomfort.
