Horrible experience. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Just look, and it’s my birthday weekend! I had concerns early on and asked her about the sides of my nails, she basically said when she trims it, it will be better, like what! Horrible place, I went there because it was empty, now I see why. I got a full set, pedicure and under arm wax. The only thing half decent was my pedicure. My acrylic set looks horrible and the nail polish application is so bad my 5 yr. old niece can do better. My waxing was so bad, she left so many hairs behinds that I had to come home and finish it myself. I was charged 30$ for the Waxing, $ 55 for my full set & is $40 for my pedicure… Don’t go here!!!

My finger is burning & bleeding from him staving my cuticles, and the white tips are all wavy and not smooth and feel gritty, I came here because my usual place was closed but oh my god, me needing a fill in looked better then this. I cant believe how gritty that feel to the touch after gel. Terrible job, i should of looked at the review. Definitely would not recommend at all

I went to this salon today for a fill and a pedicure. I arrived at 945am and was told that it would be a 10 min wait. I waited patiently and sat in the first chair to the left with the man who calls himself “Kevin Costner”. He completed my fill which was decent. I had no complaints. He then passed me along to an employee for my pedicure and I could see that she was already in a mood. As she began to remove my gel polish she poured acetone on my toes. I simply advised her that I had acrylic on my toes. The reason being is because I was not planning to get a fill on my toes. I have always overlayed my toes to prevent my toenails from chipping or breaking. The lady responded “ what you want”. I responded back nothing I was just letting you know. From that it all went south! She had a serious attitude. When I noticed how she was handling my feet. I said can you just finish removing the polish and polish my toes and then I will be done. Don’t worry about the pedicure. This lady became irate stating that she wasn’t doing my feet because I had the attitude and told me I could leave. I informed her that I had been waiting for a service and I would like someone to at least complete my polish. I waited for another 10 minutes and asked another lady who would be polishing my toes and she referred me back to the man who did my fill. He stated that I was too picky and that they didn’t have time to complete my service. I informed him that I am paying for a service and that I have a right to request specifically what I want and don’t want. None the less these people are unprofessional and clearly have no customer service. I left with a few choice words and will not return or ever recommend them. It is clear why they have 3 stars. They didn’t seem very interested in servicing me from the beginning. Please be aware when going to this salon. They clearly don’t value customer service and building regular clientele to improve their business. Word of mouth is everything for a business these days.

Don’t even want to give one star. They don’t deserve it. This place is horrible. Went in for 1 full set, 1 fill, and two pedicures. Told us come back in 15 mins(so we did). Made us wait another 15 mins only started on one of our nails charged me 35 for the different shape of nail and length and also left acrylic glue all over my skin and nails. (see photos length of full set and fill to show). Pedicures were horrible you pay 35 bucks for a deluxe pedicure and I got no massage no hot oil nothing! Then they finally went to do the fill and they tried to charge 45 bucks so we left. Right down the street at classy nails amazing place. 25 bucks to do fill.

I will never go to this place again. I went for a pedicure and got Tina. She was really ruff and had a very bad attitude. I was looking at my feet and she told me not to look at her, that she knew what she was doing, and told me to watch the TV. She kept talking in her language like she was made or something. I was there long enough to see about 5 people before get pedicures. Not once did I see anyone clean or sanitize any one of the pedicure basins after they finished, Nor did they clean or sanitize the tools they had used on people. Don’t go there unless you want to take the chance of getting a fungus or an injury. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

I hadn’t been there in a really long time. The prices are still good. I’m not that happy with my gel on my nails. It’s cracked after only a few days and 2 of my nails chipped & I had to file and shape them so I wouldn’t have to rush back up there. The finish isn’t as smooth as I would like. The lady who did my did do my design by hand which was nice. She did a super job on my eyebrows too.

Got lashes done the lady was super nice but she put a ton of glue on my beautiful lashes and now I barley have any….please don’t get your lashes done here I’m in tears ! These lashes pulled my natural ones out! My sister also got gel nails and the lifted and came of within 1 week smh! Pls don’t waste your money!
