When I called asking for a face wax I was told that I could get it done here. When I entered and asked for a face wax, they said they would do it. The stylist started to shave me, and when I confusedly asked why I wasn’t given a face wax, I was only then told that they do not provide face waxing. This single star is disappoint at such blatant miscommunication.
