I did not have the chance to experience what I have heard is so great at Beleza Salon. I tried to get an appointment scheduled and understanding the wait list is long, I was hoping to set up something for the future when there was availability. Maybe I misunderstood the communication, but two of my messages were ignored when asking questions regarding getting scheduled. I have heard so many wonderful things about the service here, but was very disappointed in the communication or lack there of. I rarely get my hair trimmed because of situations like this and feeling like it’s too much of a hassle. Seems like a hassle to get in here unless you’re willing to wait awhile.
