Critical: ProfessionalismMyself and my 2 daughters have been going here for over 10 years. The two owners are sisters. My daughters have gone more, it was my daughters HS graduation yesterday and she had a hair appointment at 12:00pm, I made a mistake and told my daughter 12:30pm, the owner called and my daughter rushed over, my daughter called me 30 minutes later sobbing in a parking lot as the owner who did her hair let her leave with her hair blew in the front and left it wet in the back and said she couldn’t finish her hair, charged her $40 dollars and did not care about what she did to my daughter. She slotted 30 minutes for her hair and would not let her next client wait an extra 10-15 minutes. We have waited over half hour at times for our appointments at times. I was so shocked that anyone would do this to someone and best of all on graduation day. How cold could someone be, where is the empathy. Our graduates have gone through so much this year with no traditional graduations and then this to finish it off. Lovely people. I don’t like reviews or to hurt anyone but this was the lowest thing to do to anyone. We found a great hairdresser after telling them the story and they squeezed my daughter in knowing it was her Graduation- Thanks Beleza for upsetting someone so much on graduation day- Way to goMyself and my 2 daughters have been going here for over 10 years.
