If you’re looking for really serious deep tissue and want to get rid of stress then this is definitely the place to go, it might hurt a little bit but you’ll feel great afterwards because they’ve literally cleaned out all the nodules all over your body , I got a very high quality vigorous massage at a very reasonable price $90 for 90 minutes, I was also wondering how could a little girl be so strong from head to toe all the way? But it’s incredible that she did it! The massage therapist seemed to find my every tension point without me needing to say a word. She is good at communicating stress and once she finds the right stress level, she is very consistent. I left feeling refreshed and recharged my body, I will definitely be back, highly recommended

I’m seriously appalled by the racist and unprofessional experience I had here. After asking if I speak Mandarin, the masseuse consequently spent the entire session speaking to me in Mandarin about how she finds certain races of people disgusting, lazy, and undateable. She then spent extensive time prying aggressively into my dating and family history and asking me if I was single or married, what ethnicities of people my siblings and I have dated, and hoping I would engage in her racist banter. I made it quite clear SEVERAL times that I did not want to engage in conversation by trying to shut her off and telling her that I was here to relax and not chat, and she purposefully kept going. Overall the massage was fine but I left very emotionally stressed out and upset. This was such an unprofessional, racist, and tactless experience. I suspect most if not all of the other reviews are paid or fake judging by the other reviewers’ low review counts.

This has been my favorite massage place since I moved to this area a few years ago. The staff are very professional, friendly and attentive. My wife and I both enjoyed Michelle’s outstanding service whenever we have fatigue muscles after long hours of work and exercise. Highly recommend this place!

Belbien Day Spa is located in a nice part of San Mateo in a medium-size shopping mall with easy access from Highway 92. Based on my own experience, their massage and facial services are outstanding. The providers are very professional courteous and skilled. Michelle, in particular, has trained to be able to help people with sports or over-exertion pain and discomfort. If you just want a relaxing massage, this is also the place for sure!
