Omg! I love them. They did an amazing job on my uneven eyebrows, plus full face wax, then I did a facial collagen mask and followed with eyebrows tint. I looked gorgeous that whole weekend with glowing skin and perfect brows for only $45.

I have been going to Bela Salon for a decade and the Owner is a gem!! Her staff was well too But due to Covid all her staff left from the 108street location. Her current employee since many years Nikita is horrible at customer service she provides no care for you!! but does the job well . Always on the phone speaking in her language very very unprofessional!!! She’s always speaking to her family while taking care of customers so how does she have time to listen to others?? I feel upset but I just get what I need. Bela should hire better respectful workers that do not stay on the phone and engage with their customers concerns .

Friendly staff, they need to up keep the salon/spa. They are always talking while they are working. Maybe that’s why they can’t shape my eyebrows. I did a facial once. Paid alot. Then they kept pushing me to buy products to help my skin which didn’t happen. Those products were over priced! I’m never buying any products from there ever again.

I only went here because my hair stylist is having a hard time and moved to this location. Over all…Bela’s does bridal make-up,piercings,facials,brows and now with Mr. Mohit…..they do hair. I’ve been once,owner seems a tad bit rude towards customers. Could use a renovation but otherwise the staff is nice, however I have not personally had any appointments with anyone there besides the hair stylist. If I were rating Mr.Mohit alone,he would definitely get 5 stars!

So, I went into this place for a full face cleaning and the girl proceeded to take of me. I asked questions as to their other services listed on the board. I also asked about hair cuts as I was interested in having one and ask who did the cutting. The girl responded that Bela (the owner, who was sitting at the far end of the premises) did the cutting, and that she does a good job as she owned four salons. I responded that ok, but I always ask because I have had my hair messed up before by people who just work in the salons and had not been certified.

I went to get a full face wax the girl that did it pulled my skin out. I have cuts and burns all over my face. Worst place to go, she was speaking in hindi which i understood she was talking about me i was there from 7pm they closed at 8pm but she has the nerve to tell her coworker i am the last one and why cant i come tomorrow. When i told her i understod what she was saying she changed the story trying to tell me she was tired. I have a wedding friday but have cuts and burns all over my face because she was in a rush to go home.
