I just came in for the first time to get my hair done for my wedding. Kourtney was so amazing! She was so kind and patient with me, and made my hair look absolutely beautiful for my wedding. She completely exceeded my expectations and I am so grateful for her! The atmosphere is great too, very cozy and welcoming. I will definitely be coming back!

I went in to get a fresh look and honestly left feeling worse than when I walked in. I understand there is multiple lady’s in this shop, so I do not intend to bash the whole shop. However, after voicing my concerns nothing was done. After 6 hours today I didn’t have the option to stay any longer…I was offered to come back in a month…but told it would cost me more based on the fact it would be more work for the stylist. However, after spending over $300 today and not having my expectations met or even close to met, why would I return and pay more?! Colors were incorrect, hair wasn’t cut short enough the way I requested MULTIPLE TIME’S, unmatched roots… overall very very disappointed in the service and response I received when I addressed it wasn’t what I asked for or anything to my liking. Unfortunately it looks horrible and I will not be returning. Very heart broken and upset over this. Everyone who has seen it since I left the salon has agreed that is was not good. unfortunately I now have to live with this embarrassing hair because I don’t have another $300 to drop at another salon. My sylist today was Zara. While she seemed polite, she seemed more concerned with doing what she wanted vs. what I the client wanted.

I came here on two occasions. The first to get my hair done and the second to get my nails done. I had an ombre done to my hair and it turned out lovely, as well as a layered cut and styled. I was perfectly satisfied with that. However, I’m giving a 3 star because the lady who did my nails did an atrocious job. I’ve had acrylics put on before, so I know what to expect. What I received was just terrible. Not only did she make my cuticles bleed, but my nails were uneven and crooked, especially my right pinkie finger. The paint, oh excuse me.. the POLISH, was bubbling and when I walked out, it was not dry at all and ended up smearing on my steering wheel. The conversation she tried to have with me was a bit inappropriate, she rudely corrected me when I said I’d like to have my nails painted, “No no, it’s polish. You want your nails POLISHED.”, even talking about religion and her beliefs. I came here to get my nails done, not to be told what religion is correct and to be made a fool of because of my terminology. Will possibly be returning for hair treatments, but no way in hell am I coming back for my nails to be PAINTED by Coco.
