Gina is very meticulous and does an excellent job! She helped me find the perfect color and took care of my long nails. I had three nails with acrylics due to breakage and she was able to handle the natural ones carefully 🙂 Really enjoyed the appointment and outcome 🙂

I have been going here for about 2 years now and it’s ALWAYS spot on. They are very nice and accommodating as to what you’d like and what fits your schedule. They do care about there clients and even offer a reward system every time you go in. They give great pedicures and nails. Maria is my go to even though, all the girls are very taleneted in their own way. Can’t wait to go back soon!

Although I’ve read several bad reviews- two of my friends included, my experience was pretty good. My only complaint is that I feel as though I was charged too much for the service I had done on my nails. I needed to have someone fix my nails because the person at the last salon didn’t do a good job. The woman that did my nails at Bel Mondo re-shaped my nails from almond to coffin, evened out (filed) the acrylic because some of the nails had an uneven surface, polished my nails with gel polish and did a silver French tip. She charged me $30 but since I didn’t have any acrylic added to my nail I feel that the amount was a bit much for what she did. It’s my fault for not agreeing on a price before we started, but I trusted that it would be reasonable (I was expecting something more like $20), so I didn’t think it was necessary. I may return in the future. Aside from the cost discrepancy, the nails looked OK and if I’m wiser about what I’m paying in the future I shouldn’t have any problem. I contacted them about it and their response was to tell me that gel fill is normally $30 and regular fill $16 if that helps. But I didn’t get a fill, she just filed my nails so no, that doesn’t help. 🙁

Used a Groupon for gel manicure and deluxe pedicure for my daughter and myself. We received excellent service, the people were nice. Unfortunately, the gel manicure was not painted to the edges of my fingers so it looked like they were done over a week ago. My daughter’s gel manicure started chipping the next day, and now is starting to peel up.

If I could give them no stars I would. My friend had a groupon for them and called – they had us scheduled for 5 and 6pm tonight and then called my friend at 4:15 to tell her someone called out sick so they couldn’t do it… I then called them and miraculously they had availability at 5pm. I will never go to this salon or recommend this salon based on how they treat people. By the way the reason my friend wanted to get me a pedicure is because i am going in for back surgery tomorrow (which she relayed to them). Shame on them!!!

This place has gone down hill!!! I have been going here on and off for about 14 years. The last 2 times have been not so great. This last appointment was a mess! The nail technicians they have working there are so bad, my nails look absolutely horrible! I will NOT be returning. Very sad. Diane and her husband have always been nice. But they need to replenish their technicians, and businesd plan.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IMAGINABLE. The manager Sean is the rudest manager to have worked in a Salon. I had to call back TWICE just to get his name, and he REFUSED to give me the name and information of his supervisor. I use to come here with my girlfriends a lot, so naturally I got a $200 gift card for a gift, I am moving and wanted to redeem the remaining $8 for cash per CA LAW!!! And he completely dismissed me accusing me of stealing the gift card?!?!?! Even tho Jenni does a great cut, I hope everyone thinks twice before supporting a salon who employs managers that make people feel less than a person. Again, worst service ever SEAN.

I used to go there long time ago. Recently i went back to do a new set and Kiki was the person that took care of me. She was so sweet and she put flowers in four of my nails. Really nice job! She is fast and she actually talk to you during the service and she also make sure that you are happy with your service before you go. Kiki takes her jobs really seriously and her customer concern. Thank you Kiki you did gain a new customer.
