Can’t give Christy enough praise. The only person on this planet I trust to cut and color my hair. She understands different hair textures and quirks really well. She recently bleached and toned my hair to a warm platinum blonde and I could not be happier with it. And she’s just a lovely person to talk to and be around. Thank you Christy!!!

The stylist I used to see regularly was fantastic, she was patient and communicated well and did her best to make sure I left happy. She unfortunately left recently to pursue other work. The last time I went I got someone named Amber who was pleasant enough at first until I started attempting to communicate what I wanted and asking her to change certain things as she went. She did not communicate well at all and got super snippy and impatient towards the end of the cut. I asked her if she was cutting my neckline tapered or straight across and instead of answering the question she said “it’s gonna be how it’s gonna be at this point”. I got home and was able to really look at it and it was pretty terrible. I was able to fix the back myself (really not hard to do, it took five minutes) and am planning on seeing someone else to help me fix the top which is too long. I didn’t bother asking her to change anything else after getting that response, I didn’t want to let her mess it up further. I don’t plan on going back. If I’m paying $65 for a haircut I would expect someone to take their time to work with a first time client and, you know, not be rude.

Jamie is amazing with color! She the one to see for color correction or if you are trying to go light. My hair was an orange with a bit of red and rose gold she corrected it to a beautiful ash blonde. My goal is to get my hair to a lavender purple and she is very educated and told me the step it would take to get it there. I really appreciated her honestly and she left me looking beautiful!

“Kelly” owner/manager? refused facial service to me. At their request 15 minutes early, via phone message – which Kelly questioned after informing her a male left message. I was not offered to wait out of rain those 15-20 minutes. Kelly very rude, making it a big issue there early? Yet they asked me to be??. Facial person was not issue.

Worst hair coloring experience ever! My daughter had dark hair and was wanting to go blonde. Amber was the hairstylist. The process took several hours over the course of two days. The first day my daughter went home with orange hair. After Amber finished her color on the second day, the color was an odd golden/yellow/orange blonde and Amber dyed her roots a dark reddish color for some reason. Her hair did not look good, yet we were still charged $350. My daughter cried the second she stepped out of the salon. We immediately went home and started washing with purple shampoo. It’s been 3 wks and the color is still terrible. I went into the salon today to politely ask Amber if she would be willing to fix the color. Shockingly I was approached with MAJOR attitude from her! She stood there and raised her voice at me in front of everyone and blamed everything she could on the color being the way it is. I felt extremely disrespected and sad for my daughter, as she saved up money to pay for her hair that she ended up hating. I found Amber to be extremely unprofessional in the way she handled the matter and refused to fix the color. Left a terrible feeling for that salon, unfortunately.

This is a nice salon but unfortunately my color wasn’t in the ball park of what I asked for. There are even required color consultations before color appointments, so I’m a bit disappointed.
