I love my new lashes! This was my first time getting lash extensions and Kaitlin was super helpful in walking me through the process. I was nervous going in because I generally keep my look very minimal and natural. Kaitlin listened to my concerns, went through all the options with me and made a spot on recommendation. Bel air lash bar was very clean and all the lash artists were friendly and professional. Kaitlin even reached out to me the day after my service to make sure I wasn’t having any issues. I love the Bel Air Lash Bar! I started going at the beginning of 2021 as a little “above the mask” pick me up. A friend who is a physician had hers done and totally recommended. They looked so good that I tried myself.. 15+ months later I still go back every 2-3-4 weeks as needed!! Gia is AWESOME and the only one I go to. Love her. The place is so cute and very clean and Gia is so professional. I always look my best. It’s PERFECT for Summer!

I’ve been getting my lashes done for over 5 years and have been going to Bel Air lash bar with Kaitlin for almost a year and she has been amazing!! Very professional, offering suggestions based on my likes/dislikes and always willing to accommodate emergency appointments or flexing her schedule to give me some extra time if required! Although I love to stick with Kaitlin, the best part to me about the lash bar is if your lash tech isn’t available for some reason, all of the girls have no problem swapping clients to meet the clients request. ! Highly recommend!!
