Just had my first prenatal massage with Bekah and it was exactly what I needed. My left side has been compensating for some sciatica on the right side so everything has been out of wack with my body. I left feel so great and honestly afraid of messing that up haha. I hadn’t felt that good in a long time. This was the first massage that I’ve ever gotten where I had shoulder supports when I laid face down and I don’t know how everyone doesn’t use those now! It was so nice and just that position held much less tension. She knows exactly what she’s doing and provided relaxation and relief without any deep tissue pain. I will definitely be back.

If you are pregnant or postpartum do yourself a favor and schedule a massage with Bekah. She is extremely knowledgeable, empathetic, and has hands of a healer. The whole experience feels dreamy and has the kind of spa-like atmosphere that melts away stress and worries. Although a massage can feel like a luxury, with Bekah it feels more of a necessary mind-body check in. Bekah has also seen my infant daughter for cranial massage and takes excellent care in these visits to answer any questions and address any issues or concerns for me or baby. I highly recommendBekah for any type of massage. She was a godsend for me! She has done prenatal massage, post-natal massage, deep tissue massage, as well as craniosacral for my infant son, and I honestly cannot recommend her highly enough.
