My husband went in for his appointment today. He had to pay before the massage started. After the one hour session, which was $70. The. women wanted my husband to pay $100 total including tip, and consistently was giving rude body gestures and remarks. My husband was very embarrassed as she kept making it seem as my husband wasn’t tipping her. When in fact he was. I don’t recommend going here unless you are prepared to tip $30 minimum, or be publicly humiliated.

What kind of business asks for a specific tip and to pay up front before they even get a massage??? I will never go here after hearing about all the bad experiences. I highly recommend Sacred Lounge Spa, LLC. They are very professional and the owner Bianca is the sweetest has the best staff they all make you feel comfortable and you pay at the end.

terrible, demanding my uncle for a $30 tip and publicly embarrassed him by pulling a calculator out and showing him why he “has to tip 20%” . He gave you tip already why would you ask for a larger tip not the way to treat a first time costumer. Sticking To mall massages this was a terrible approach on losing one of your clients.

Went in for my massage today. I had a great experience until the lady demanded a $30 tip from me, she kept pointing at the “20% tip is much appreciated sign”. She publicly humiliated me in front of a customer by taking out a calculator and trying to explain to me why I needed to tip her $30. Been here several times in the past with positive experiences however today topped the cake. After anticipating this relaxing upcoming experience I had scheduled, she asked for payment and I gladly handed her the payment. She had the audacity to point to the sign that clearly states they want a minimum of 20% tip. I haven’t even had the massage yet to know what she was worth tipping. I told her give me my money and I’ll just go elsewhere.

Such an amazing place. Super homey, extremely relaxing and VERY CLEAN! The ladies there work absolute wonders, and they are SO nice. Massage was so relaxing almost fell asleep. I felt like I was floating, to the point when I walked out the door I fell down the steps and the lady had to run out and help me up lol. Gravity stopped existing for me. One of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

By far the worst massage I’ve ever had. I paid for one hour but only got 40 minutes. Lady kept hurting me by applying too much pressure. Ii kept complaining but to no avail. She was very rude. I highly recommend you DO NOT visit this place. Total waste of money.
