Very sad… I was able to get an appointment for my mom with Suzi. Suzi was amazing and my mother loved her hair style. She was looking forward to her next appointment, which I had to cancel because of logistics. When I called to reschedule, I was told that because she was in a wheelchair, even though she is able to transfer to a regular chair, they needed extra time with her. At first, I was told that Suzi was booked until May, then everyone was booked until May, and then everyone was booked through June and they were not booking anything further out. I wish they were just honest from the beginning about not wanting to work with her. We’re back to square one looking for a new stylist. We will miss Suzi, for sure.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI had a haircut and blond highlights done by Crystal King. It was a lot of work on my thick hair and it came out beautifully. I am so pleased with the results and was excited to wear it out and show my friends and family. My hair is very dark and I needed a change. Thank you for making that happen. Crystal is the best. I am so pleased with the results and was excited to wear it out and show my friends and family. My hair is very dark and I needed a change. Thank you for making that happen. Crystal is the best. I was super excited and went the next day for cut and color. Suzie was so sweet and professional and did an amazing job on my hair and the color is to dye for lol Seriously she began color correction from a previous salon and it looks amazing. Brenna was so sweet and took really good care of my grandmother. She was detail oriented and attentive to what she wanted for her hair and made her sooo beautiful!! We wanted to make it a beauty day for my grandmother so I added a pedi on, she spent the whole day with Brenna and said it was a wonderful experience. An amazing salon! Everyone is so nice and Kate is absolutely amazing at what she does! 100% satisfied with my hair cut and color. I went in with long hair and wanted a pixie cut. She did amazing on it and was so friendly. I’ve been with the same hair stylist for about 5 years now and haven’t trusted anyone else with my hair. I definitely trust Kate with my hair and i would suggest this salon to anyone!

If you are looking for a fabulous haircut Abigail is the best. She’s a great listener and is amazing at what she does. She knows how hair works and flows which to me is the making of a great stylist. I have faith that if you have never gone to her before you will leave loving your hair. I recommend her to anyone and everyone. If I lived closer I would still be going to her. I’m new to FL and needed a new salon. I picked this salon because they used Goldwell products. My appointment was great and I am so glad I picked Bei Capellini. When I made the appointment, I mentioned that I have naturally curly hair and the receptionist put me with Debbie as she also is a curly haired girl. Great choice. We had a great discussion about my curls and color and a few changes I wanted. She explained things so well and I took her recommendations. The results were awesome. I found a new “home”.
