Unfortunately, I was unable to keep my appt due to a medical issue. I later returned to the web site and decided to have a look at the reviews, just out of curiosity. Boy am I glad I did! I read one in particular regarding the stylist Brittany. It was so positively glowing that I decided to book with her specifically. My visit today was beyond wonderful. Brittany is compassionate, skilled and confident. She takes her time but gets right to work and is an attentive listener. My hair looks and feels GREAT!!! I will continue to visit her loyally!!! A. One word…BRITTANY! Originally, I had booked a cut with whomever was available. Unfortunately, I was unable to keep my appt due to a medical issue. I got a terrible braid perm done here. I understand chemicals can damage your hair a little but they completely fried mine. I don’t know if they left it on too long or maybe too much. I washed my hair well over the 48 hours after and a lot of the perm seemed to wash out. Certain chunks were straight while others are slightly crimped and the ends curled up. IT LOOKS RIDICULOUS! I called to speak to someone and they called me back 2 days later talking their way around it and trying to tell me it’s me who doesn’t know how to deal with the perm even though I’ve had them before. Didn’t even offer my money back considering that’s an expensive service to ruin my hair. Told me I could come in for a conditioning service which was the only positive. She however continued talking to me like i was an idiot and that I had no clue what I was talking about. Never going back here.

i got a gorgeous balayage ombre here from brittany. it was a welcoming enviornment and my hair looks great! i also had her dye my hair fun colors several times when i was younger and i was always very satisfied! 10/10 reccomend! 🙂

My hair highlights came out very ashy and gray instead of golden tones in my hair . Brittany’s solution was to just wash it out with baking soda instead of trying to fix it and help me . I asked her to recolor or have me go in to tone it down . She was not willing to try and help. WILL NEVER GO BACK to this salon!!!!! Don’t trust this stylist or the salon !!! Beware !!!!
