I worked in front of computer all day and have bad shoulder and back. I need a good massage. My experience with Begonia Spa has been quite pleasant. It is located in a strip plaza right off the freeway. I came into the spa without much expectation. It has a nice and relaxing decor. The linens and mattress appear well maintained and clean. My provider communicates with me during the massage. I asked her to work on my neck and shoulder. She is very accommodating and I feel re-energized afterward. Overall my experience is very positive, the price is reasonable, the service is pretty good. Next time when I come by the area I will come by to relieve stress from work.

They hurt my back!!! :'( i ordered a back massage and they put too much pressure on my spine. They dont speak english and dont understand the word PRESSURE! They smile and say yes to everything! Not good service at all. Not even state licensed!!!!
