The drive was lengthy for me. I probably wouldn’t drive that far again. But it was a Christmas gift to me. I was there for almost four hours and got my toenails and hair done. Sarah was absolutely awesome and sweet. I think the only thing that I did not like out of the whole time being there was that I had asked for my hair to be died pure black, and when Sarah brought out the hair swatches, she said she matched the swatches with the color of my hair and my hair matched up with the color chocolate. I expressed how I wanted my hair retouched with just black and she still insisted on doing chocolate. I had a migraine, I didn’t feel like arguing. The chocolate did not get all of my hair, as my hair was still grey after she was done. My daughter even said my hair was still grey. For my reason wanting it dyed black. I didn’t have the time for them to correct it, I just declined to come back for a future appointment.

All of the ladies were very nice and my mom loved the services i bought her for a gift. The only small gripe I had was about the actual facility. I bought a spa package for my elderly mom and her sister. All of the services were upstairs and the stairs were very steep. There massage beds were very high. I was going to drop them off but rather had to stay around for a few hours waiting just to help them in and out of beds and up and down stairs. Not very accessible for anyone who struggles getting around.

Have been coming here for YEARS and it’s been my favorite salon. Will probably not be back!! Booked a color on my hair since it was starting to fade and wanted to fix it. When I got here today was told they didn’t have enough time to do what I wanted. Total disregard for the amount of my time they wasted. People have different hair textures and maybe they should get more details before booking! So unprofessional.

I went and got my nails done for a wedding that I was in . I did the gel upgrade for my nails . Less then 24 hours my nail polish cracked and peeled off . I contacted them and I got my nails fixed , then the very next day my nail polish peeled of from the gel nail polish for a second time . I called them back again to see if I could get my one nail fixed before the wedding and nobody ever called me back and I did my nails at home and they turned out better . Definitely not worth the money .

I recently took my mom and daughter to Beginnings Salon and Day Spa ahead of my daughter’s wedding. We all got the full manicures but didn’t get the soak that was to be included. Two of us had to go back to get our nails fixed because our polish chipped right away. We also had to wait a long time in between services, which was okay since we were spending time together. I paid for the spa pedicures and we did not get the bubbly soak. The technicians were nice; we just weren’t blown away by the services/quality, especially for the prices. I tipped 20% to each technician and then I was charged an extra fee ($10) to use my credit card! I spent well over $300 that day. Positive: QualityI had the Mud Therapy Detox Shower Therapy with Ava Securro and it was truly magical. It starts with dry brushing, followed by mud painted on you. You are then wrapped in a bunch of heated blankets and sheets to activate the mud. While the mud is activating, I was given a lovely scalp massage. After about 10 minutes, I then rinsed off in the shower. Many different types of soap, shampoo, and conditioner were available to use. Once done, the session ended with an amazing full body massage.
