Today I was a walk in, needed wash, hair treatment and cut. I received a warm and inviting welcome as a first time client. They sat with me and discussed my hair options. On top of that I was told by one stylist that what I needed was not her expertise and recommended another stylist onsite. This is the major reason I’m giving them 5 Stars. That made me feel I was what is important. The client, my hair and my end result.
