Critical: Quality, ValueIt was awful!! I am new to Orange County since I just moved here and I was looking for a new waxing salon I could go to every month for my brazillian. I saw the reviews on this place and quickly booked my appointment. First, trying to get in this place was a NIGHTMARE in itself. Once I finally did, the nightmare was not over. My wax “specialist” did NOT do a good job. I have gotten about 4 waxes before, and the pain that I felt here was worst than my first!!! There was so much breakage and so many hairs remained AFTER I was done! My skin was irritated all the way home and for the next 3 DAYS! It was constantly itching and I had so many bumps EVERYWHERE. It took about 2 weeks for the itching to finally go down and for the irritation to subside. My hair grew back faster than it ever had. I followed the same aftercare regimen I always do, so I know it was NOT anything I did. Luckily, when I went to a new waxing salon, they informed me how uneven my wax was and noted that whoever did my previous wax did NOT know what they were doing. DO NOT COME HERE! Today, I went to the salon called Lunchbox Wax and it was AMAZING! No pain at all and they were very professional.It was awful!! It was awful!! I am new to Orange County since I just moved here and I was looking for a new waxing salon I could go to every month for my brazillian. I saw the reviews on this place and quickly booked my appointment. First, trying to get in this place was a NIGHTMARE in itself. Once I finally did, the nightmare was not over.
