The owner of this place is deplorable. Took zero ownership of a horrible bleach job that over processed my sister’s hair so much that it literally started coming out in chunks. When the owner was called, she threatened to call the cops on us because my sister simply asked for her money back then she told us we don’t know what we’re talking about and hung up on us. How do you not know what you’re talking about when your hair is falling out in clumps? -15 out of 10. Do not recommend. Avoid this place at all costs.

Disappointing. I booked to get maintenance on my extensions + color. While there the stylist said that she could “blend my natural hair better” with a quick snip. Color came out great, extensions seemed fine… that is until a week later a whole row became undone.

During my initial consultation she took time with me to understand exactly what I was looking for, and what extensions would be best for my lifestyle and budget. I wanted to go red, and there are so many varieties of red I was a little nervous at first about getting the right color but Shelly nailed it! I showed her a few pictures of the color I was looking for and she made sure to ask specific questions so that I got exactly the color I was looking for. (Not too ginger, not too maroon, just right!) I have found my forever hair salon! (i’m not super great at taking selfie‘s, but I had to share pics! They are so soft and silky too!)
