Highly recommend this salon! They were short staffed because it’s a holiday, but they were very sweet in asking folks to wait. The lady did my nails was helping multiple people at one time while answering phones. Very efficient and she was so fast! Paid $58 for my set. Thank you all!

I used to visit this nail salon a while back, but stopped due to the lack of quality and cleanliness. I decided to give them another try today with my sister and daughter. The two techs that did mine and my sisters nails did a good job. What I thought was unprofessional was that I was charged $51 for my four year old daughter to have the basic manicure and pedicure package with gel. The tech that did my daughter’s nails was extremely pushy. She kept asking if my daughter wanted gel, and I told her no, but the tech was extremely persistent and kept asking, so I finally said yes. She then asks if my daughter wants a flower in which I told her no. She proceeded to look at my daughter, and asked her if she wanted a flower, and my daughter had a smile on her face and said “yes”. Of course, I’m going to cave in when my daughter grew excited. I simply thought it was disrespectful of the employee to ask a four year old if she wanted something after I had already said no. My daughter would have not known otherwise. Also, to be charged an *additional* $20 for a 4 year olds gel nails is excessive. I am very understanding of paying for a service and the amount of time it can take.

The worst pedicure ever! Nail pain the next day!! Nails cut to short, damaged the nails on my toes to the point where it is swollen and pus coming out.

I had dip nails removed, manicure and a pedicure done. The technician did a good job removing the dip nail product. The manicure was a problem because she cut my cuticles. My nails looked beautiful when I left and were good for a few days but then my cuticles started fraying and forming hang nails it has been a week now. I have been applying lotion and cuticle oil frequently and nipping just the hang nails. They look unsightly and worse yet are painful. The pedicure was fine but they kept trying to sell up to a more expensive pedicure and after about 5 x of saying and pointing at the manicure I wanted I gave up and had the more expensive pedicure. I had always heard good things about this nail salon but that was not what I experienced. So disappointed.

The people are very nice. I went in today to have my nails filled S&S. The nail tech completely cut off all my nails. I now have no nails. I paid to have tips put on last time I was there 2 weeks ago. They cut it all off today 🙁 some of the nails look like I have playdough on my nails. I am really down. I don’t have the extra money to go have tips put on and my nails redone. I didn’t say anything I didn’t want to hurt the ladies feelings. I was going to send an email to the company and see if they could put tips back on my nails and do it at a discount. Sadly their website is not active. I gave 3 stars because last time I got my nails done they did good.
