Unfortunately the owner of this salon did not listen to me at all about what I wanted for my hair. It is extremely uneven and 2-3 inches too short. I now have to find someone that will fix it. I was shocked about my horrible experience after reading all of the great reviews. Truly do not understand why you would not even listen or go by the picture a new client gave you.
