Super kind, friendly staff. I hadn’t had my hair taken care of since I had my baby and moved and I get very nervous about new people cutting my hair but everyone was very warm and welcoming and my hair stylist Amber was wonderful. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and immediately seated. Amber had Charlie was my hair and get everything ready. Charlie was SUPER sweet and very easy to talk with. Larissa helped check me out and she was very kind. Loved it so much I already scheduled my second appointment for a cut and color! Highly recommend this lovely salon!

Positive: Professionalism, QualityMason and Birdy were my main sytlists working with my hair, and i can honestly say i left the salon feeling i had the end product i had pictured it to be. My hair was dirty blonde/light brown and they gave me beautiful light blonde highlights/coloring to the top layer. Leaving just enough of my low lights to come through and make it look natural. I was in and out within a reasonable amount of time (a few hours). Keep in mind it was only a partial dye (my preference). Mason and Birdy were my main sytlists working with my hair, and i can honestly say i left the salon feeling i had the end product i had pictured it to be. My hair was dirty blonde/light brown and they gave me beautiful light blonde highlights/coloring to the top layer. Leaving just enough of my low lights to come through and make it look natural. My normal hair stylist was out. She texted me to apologize for the inconvenience and I also got a quick next from the salon apologizing as well and to give me the option of rescheduling. I had an appointment at 9 am and they were able to get me in at 10:45 with another hairstylist, Charlie. Change lies was wonderful and very attentive about asking how short I want to go with my cut. Charlie was very sweet and I had a wonderful conversation getting to know her. If you don’t have a hairstylist you should make an appointment with Charlie.

Kind of a weird experience! I am new to the area and was excited to find this salon. I called and left a message to schedule an appointment. I received a call back and was told that they need to have my credit card number on file in order to schedule an appointment. I didn’t feel comfortable to do that so did not schedule any appointment. Afterward, I received two calls from the salon number, and they hung up on me after recognizing my voice…?? How rude!
