the nails aren’t necessarily ugly. they can do decent designs and shapes of nails, but it was mildly unprofessional. i had a black hair inside of my nail, under the gel coat of polish. the price was $60, which is fairly expensive for the quality of work i received. i still tipped because the lady was nice, but i wish i did ask for a refund. she smeared one of my nails and attempted to fix it, but it was sloppy.
