Came here while I was in town. This was the worst manicure i’ve ever gotten. I kept telling the nail techs that it was being done poorly but I was ignored. Here’s my gel manicure less than 24 hours after i left. Cost me as much as I’d pay in a much cleaner, more urban nail salon.

While the employees are very skillful at their work, the customer service is subpar. Appointments seem to also be pointless as they are rarely honored. Best is to go early in the day or closer to closing time, as anything in between is a hit or missed on how busy and chaotic it can be.

I gave them a 2 because they were open on a Sunday. However if you don’t like the feeling of a drill peeling off your cuticles, saying, “ow” over and over; don’t go. I came in with natural nails and she filed off my polish so badly on 2 of my nails they were paper thin.

My friends took me for my birthday. I spent $69 for a full-set “gel” and eyebrow wax. All of the nails on my fingers started peeling up the next day and by that night only my thumbs nails were left; barely intact. I called and spoke to the manager and informed him that “all” of my nails fell off and he told me to come in and get them fixed. When I walked in and spoke with him, he made a big scene in front of customers, saying he thought only one nail fell off and that I would have to pay him full price to get them fixed. Cause I ripped them off!

First off the lady kept getting up to do peoples eyebrows while she was working on my nails then another worker lady came up and started talking to her and showing her pictures and stuff. The lady wasn’t focused on my nails at all so they came out horrible! They’re thin acrylics that already broke and fell off just from me washing my hands or picking something up. Horrible service! They’re a waste of money. I went there maybe a week ago and got a full set acrylics done. First off the lady kept getting up to do peoples eyebrows while she was working on my nails then another worker lady came up and started talking to her and showing her pictures and stuff. Positive: QualityI’m new to Burlington County. Due to a move I had stopped getting my nails done. After the unpacking and cleaning I was excited to get my nails done again. A little treat for myself. Went to a random place 4 minutes from my new house; was an awful awful acrylic job when all I wanted was a full set with gel. I’ll never go back. I decided to try Bees nails. Luckily I was placed with Alex! Him and his adorable assistant, Pepsi, did a fantastic job with removing the recent (awful) job that was done to my nails and made my nails beautiful again with a beautiful French. Thank you Alex and Pepsi. Not only did I enjoy the professional treatment but loved how comfortable you both, and your entire staff, made me feel. You will see me again!
