Me and my family have been getting our pedicures from this nail salon for years . For the first time I had to come back the next day because my polish on 4 toes came off. I was not upset just came in to have it corrected because after paying $60 plus leaving a $10 tip I at least wanted them to last 7days. The owner became upset with me asking for them to be repolished with a better brand Polish-OPI, she argued with me as if I did something wrong and said if I pick a poor brand polish the next time it is all on me. I will not be returning with my family, their new polish brand is very cheap and don’t last.

As you can see from my account, I rarely leave a negative review, however today’s experience was extremely disheartening and upsetting. I called three days ago for a nail appointment for my wife. Originally I planned for Thursday at 6pm, however the gentleman said they wouldn’t have time Thursday. He said, Friday at 6pm, no problem. Okay…sounds like a plan. Right?

I took my 4 year old daughter for her first mani, pedi and they made her feel so special, and she loved every minute of it. If you don’t get your nails done here…you’re missing out! I had a pedicure and gel manicure with Julie, who pampered me from start to finish. It was such a nice surprise to find this gem of a salon that is owned by a partnership of former nail techs, as I learned from Loc , one of the owners who took the time to come over and check on me to ensure I was enjoying everything and he told me their story of how he, his wife, sister, and brother in law came to owning the salon and running it with a fresh perspective of that of a nail tech, focused on the customers experience and relationships. Not your typical owner barking orders at the techs and occasionally the customers too lol.I also had great conversations with Julie getting to know her and she getting to know me while completing my services. I felt completely welcomed, and comfortable from the moment Julie greeted me.I went with the Deluxe pedicure and a gel manicure as I hadn’t had one in a while and wanted a real pampering, and that is exactly what I received . I was not rushed through, even though with both my services on a Sunday it actually took it past closing time, they didn’t rush me or alter the quality. Both my nails and toes look perfect and the attention to detail was amazing.It’s also important to note the covid 19 policies were adhered to 100% (as an RN I pay particular attention to this everywhere I go and was very pleased with their protocols), and the salon was very clean and professional.All in all it was a fantastic first impression made on me as I moved to the area 6 months ago and this was my 3rd salon I’ve tried trying to find my “home”. I think it’s safe to say…as I joked with Loc yesterday…they’ve “loc’ed” me in, and I’ve now found my go to salon and technician in Julie.
