The place is the best around, and there are a few to choose from which I have tried out. The staff is what makes this place my favorite business to try and lose weight. Let me say that although everyone here is as nice as they can be, Danielle is the young woman of which I decided to send this review about. She has been working at this place for a couple years and usually you would not have that sort of employee retention when the employee is a STELLAR and welcoming in every part of her job. She would make any business that employed her a successful one. Not alone she has the backing of everyone else there working with those HUGE smiles on their faces to make sure your welcomed and not shamed ,cause let’s be honest not all of us are magazine models . Almost everyone I interacted with was extremely kind and helpful. You couldn’t ask for friendlier people at the front desk, doing the nutrition counseling, and doing the injections. However, the nurse practitioner I encountered had the demeanor of a prison guard when entering the room to speak with me. I have previously been treated for ADHD however I am not currently medicated for it nor do I have an active prescription, but since it was very recent it created a problem for prescribing any appetite suppressants without clearance from another doctor. Although surprised, I understood there were a couple of extra steps I’ll need to take to receive the medication to ensure safety. I was just extremely unhappy about the manner this NP spoke to me. It says on the company website that practitioners will thoroughly review our medical history and discuss your other medications yet I did not receive this treatment. Instead I was met with someone who was extremely short and lacked any sense of compassion. I ended up having to pay $30 for one injection since I was not able to receive the package I wanted. It is already a vulnerable situation to need help with weight loss, and this NP’s arrogant attitude was not helpful. Everyone has experienced this type at some point- the practitioner that’s in the room with you for all of 2 minutes yet spends it talking down to you. I do not recommend this office as I’m realizing there are many places you can receive the same services. Beach Medical in North Augusta is a great alternative for anyone looking, and worth the extra distance to be treated with kindness and dignity.

4.6 stars!! Have been twice in 2 week period and so far No complaints. Employees are friendly and knowledgeable. Purchased a few of their drinks and chips along with 4 shot package. Have more energy and am sleeping better. Planning on renewing once package expires.
