I would recommend Dr. Martinez for any dermatology needs, she’s very kind and looking to help you solve your concerns! I’ve had a skin issue for 20 years and multiple dermatologists said I just had to live with it. Dr. Martinez prescribed a medication that solved this issue within weeks! Her staff is amazing and really helped me with my specialty medication and my insurance (which is always a mess and overwhelming to figure out). They really make EVERYTHING easy for the patient! I love that the pharmacy ships prescriptions to your home. Nothing but amazing things to say about Dr. Martinez and her team! There’s tons of free parking, sometimes an issue in Austin!

Very poor customer service. I sent my 17 yr old for a dermatology appointment this week. They recommend a medication but would not prescribe the meds without a parent attending the appointment. The office staff got upset at me for trying to get the prescription without the additional expense of a second appointment. Usually I would go to an appointment like this, but my wife had a medical emergency. I talked to the office staff and got permission for my so to attend without me. The office provided my son no service on that first visit charging full price without providing the needed meds. They had no compassion for my family and blame us for their lack of service.

Dr. Martinez is a great doctor. I chose her because she was the only one who was able to cure my son’s skin problem two years ago. She has a very caring personality. I did not feel being rushed at all. She patiently listened to me and gave me clear instructions about how to apply the prescribed medicine. Nowadays when most dermertologists are all profit driven, Dr. Martinez is still an old fashioned doctor, who cares about her patients and is really willling to offer empathy.

I’ve been trying different dermatologists for years and I thought I had found the one that would take care of the discoloration between my breast. The medication that I was given only helped a little while I was taking it. After six months of taking the medication, trying out a higher dose, trying different scrubs, different creams, etc. Nothing still worked.
