I absolutely love❤️❤️❤️ my nails & toes. TIFFANY is hands down the best nail tech in the H-E-B area. I have been unable to get in with her due to everyone wanting to book her so I was so happy she was able to fit me in today for a full set and lavender pedi. I’ve been going to this salon for 3 years but today will be my last visit. The quality of work has gone down tremendously, especially with pedicures. The workers are always rushing, resulting in cuts and bruises that take weeks to heal. Today was the last straw especially because I absolutely HATE how my toenails look. The acrylic is super thick and wider than the size of my actual toenail and the white gel polish is lumpy. The worker didn’t ensure that the towels and wax weren’t too hot before placing them on my skin which was painful. In addition to this she filed away at my skin with the nail file which hurt like hell. She didn’t even do something as simple as to turn on the massage chair – I had to look for the remote and turn it on. The whole experience and the end result (my nails) are upsetting. I’ve been trying to remain loyal to this nail salon for several months but I’ve had enough of this. Today was the first time that I paid for the service without tipping because I’m so disappointed with the service. I will no longer drive 45 mins to spend money on a service that is horrible.

I came here on 12/31 and an older gentleman did my full set. He was friendly and great at his job. Came back today 1/14 and was told he quit. The nail tech barely heard what I said because she was so busy telling me that “she” isn’t here. And supposedly the wait for service was an hour.
