BBL – BroadBand Light Therapy
BroadBand Light (BBL)™ is the world’s most powerful IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) device on the market. It sets new standards in treating skin conditions associated with aging, active life styles, and sun damage. BBL has the ability to provide dermal renewal, permanent hair reduction, and the treatment of pigmented lesions, vascular lesions, and acne. Achieve significant skin improvements non-invasively with BBL. BBL uses broad-spectrum visible and infrared light to selectively heat layers of skin, getting rid of undesired pigmentation, redness and other unwanted conditions. BBL requires fewer treatments to achieve visible and superior results than other IPL systems.
Chemical Peels
Coolsculpting
CoolSculpting is an FDA-cleared procedure for non-surgical fat reduction. The CoolSculpting technology safely delivers precisely controlled cooling to gently and effectively target the fat cells underneath the skin. The treated fat cells are crystallized (frozen), then die. Over time, your body naturally processes the fat and eliminates these dead cells through the lymphatic system, leaving a more sculpted you.
Hydrafacial
The HydraFacial MD is the only “hydradermabrasion” procedure that uses award winning patented technology that combines cleansing, exfoliation, extraction, hydration, and antioxidant protection simultaneously, resulting in more clear and beautiful skin with no discomfort or downtime. Using the patented Vortex-Fusion serum delivery system and Hydropeel tips are what set the Hydrafacial treatment apart and delivers results.
Laser Treatment
Here at Becker Cosmetic we have 2 laser devices – the Candela Gentlemax and Vbeam Perfecta that treat a number of concerns.We use the Gentlemax for laser hair removal, brown spots, and blue/purple leg veins, and the Vbeam Perfecta is used for more vascular conditions such as rosacea, cherry angiomas, scars, red capillaries (telangiectasia) and more!
Microneedling with Radio Frequency
Microneedling with RF is similar to regular microneedling but with a “boost” to it. This device is a stamp technique, where when the needles enter the skin, they do not interrupt/damage the outer layer of skin due to their patented insulated needles. When the needles are in the skin, the very tip (.2 mm) of the needles which aren’t insulated “zap” with Radio Frequency heat. This then makes a larger “lollipop” injury inside of the skin (to increase collagen remodeling) versus just a vertical channel, the RF expands the injury then allowing more collagen remodeling in the dermis where collagen and elastin are created.
PRP Hair Restoration
Pelleve
Pelleve is a non-invasive treatment that uses radiofrequency heat to penetrate into the deep layers of skin, creating your existing collagen to contract and tighten. After the treatment, new collagen is also produces within the skin. This creates tighter skin, and reduction in fine lines and wrinkles. Results may vary per person dependent on a number of factors such as age, lifestyle, and medical history. No needles, no pain, no down time!The Pelleve treatment uses a warm wand that glides over the face with ultrasound gel to heat up the skin tissue. Pelleve is typically relaxing, and feels like a warm facial massage.
Skin Pen Microneedling
During this procedure, the Skin Pen has 16 fine surgical steel needles that are used to puncture the skin to create a controlled skin injury. Each puncture creates a channel that triggers the body’s healing process to fill these microscopic wounds by producing new collagen and elastin. Through the process of the development of new blood vessels and neocollagenesis (the making of new collagen) to help keep the skin smooth, resilient and youthful! With microneedling, there can be improvement in skin’s tone, texture and firmness, as well as reduction in scars, pore size, and stretch marks.

I was recommended Becker Cosmetic by a esthetician friend who is no longer practicing. I suffer from hyperpigmentation, stress and adult acne that has gotten substantially worse in the last couple of years. I tried a BBL service with Sherri in the winter, which we were hopeful would help, but instead seemed to make it worse. I reached out a few months later via email with my concerns and Whitney, a different esthetician, reached out for a new consultation. I learned a TON about the why behind my previous treatments and at home care. The current plan stays away from the heat of the BBL treatments and more with brightening and hydration. I have now received two hydra facials with another scheduled for August before diving into more aggressive lightening after the summer months. Whitney has been amazing, the hydra facial is super relaxing. I notice a difference right away and as long as I can stay out of the sun, results last longer. I’m excited to see where this journey takes me and I highly recommend Becker Cosmetics!
