Bebe did a great job. My daughter is happy with her braids and had a good experience. What normally takes 6 hours with other braiders took just 5. First time there so was surprised it is in an apartment. But overall experience was positive. Thanks Bebe! Box Braids

Do not make the mistake of going to this business. Spent 10 hours in the chair when I was told 5. Braids were not the same size, they were messy and they weren’t the same length. Parts were sloppy and braids were very heavy. Business owner does not reside in tne business. Prices quoted were changed as soon as I got there despite sending pictures and stating in the text the exact size requested. A total waste of money. Started taking them out days after they were out in out of sheer embarrassment. What a mistake! Please don’t do the same.

This was my first visit to Bebes braids. Overall I would say it was a good experience. Her shop operates out of her home for now until renovations are completed. I definitely don’t prefer to go to anyone’s home but I have to say I was comfortable. She had the a/c and fan going and had beauticians chairs so it was all good. There were a couple of hiccups throughout the day but all in all she’s very professional and actually listened to what I wanted and gave me that style. I appreciate that. I love my hair! Thanks to all the other braiders who helped finish the style. I’ll be back!

I would never come back to this shop again.I wish I could give them zero stars. Overpriced! $100 for 6 feed in braids that were braided extremely too tight. Now some of my edges have fallen out. $90 just to have my bfs natural hair braided. Then this lady wants to argue with me through text. I don’t know where your customer service skills are. This is why it’s hard to support black business owners now, lack of customer service. If a paying customer is giving you feedback you listen and try and make their next experience better.

I’ve had my hair twisted and braided several times and always left more then satisfied. Neat, consistent braiding that is not too tight and has helped my hair grow tremendously, edges and ALL! It’s always about communication and customer service for me and Bebe is bomb!! My schedule is not always flexible and they’re always able to accommodate me! Bebe and the wonderful women that work with her are kind and friendly. Bebe was very professional and helpful with me everything down to picking out the hair. The ladies did a great job on my daughter’s hair. She got butt length soft faux locs and they are gorgeous, not tight or pulling. We have came here for 1 year and will continue coming back.

Let Me Start Off By Saying My Hair Is Absolutely Perfect. I Spoke With Bebe & She Was Very Helpful & Super Nice When It Came To Me Making The Final Decision On What Style I Wanted. Her Rates Are Very Reasonable Compared To Other Atlanta Area Stylist. I Had Two Braiders Doing My Hair. The Other Braider’s Name Is Mimi & She Was Also Pleasant & Very Fast At Braiding My Hair. In All My Years Of Getting Braids, I Have Never Had My Braids Complete In 2 Hours. Not Even With 2 Stylist Braiding. My Braids Are About 18-20 Inches In Length. The Timing & The Neatness Was Exceptional. Also, I Am Very Tender-Headed, My Braids Did Not Hurt & I Can Put Them In A Bun Or Pony Same Day. I Will Definitely Return. Thank You So Much BeBe & MiMi!

Disappointed and didn’t want to post this however after not evening having my braids in a month I will be taking them down. As half of them unraveled some the same night I got them. Even more disappointing I texted asking about a touch up and evening paying for it myself and got no response. I have always had good results going here but 2 new people braided my hair this time and the entire side the one lady did is a mess. Unfortunately will be looking for a new braider now.
