Love this nail salon. Trai is amazing with nails / full set. He is a true artist and makes it look effortless. I love how thin, yet strong he makes the acrylic nails. He makes it look easy! I’ve had all different shapes, coffin, round, squoval, and he does it all so well!

I am only giving 3 stars because when I came in for my appointment that I even called and confirmed the people acted like they had no clue I even had a appointment. I wanted to try this place because it’s closer to my house but I felt more like a burden then a paying customer. I mean with cost going up and paying over $60 for a pedicure you would think that the people would make you feel more welcome. Very disappointing and I won’t be back. Pedicure was ok though but I have had better.

I went in around 5 PM they only had two other customers so they were quick to attend me which was awesome. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and they said they could do it and well guess what? They did do it lol, I’ve had bad experiences where I show what I want and they say yes at first but by the time it comes for them to actually do what I showed them they come up with “NO we can’t it’s too hard to do that design!!!!” Very disappointing! But not here which got me really excited. First time here and believe me I’ll be back soon. Oh and I only paid $25 for a GEL color change with a snowflake on the middle fingers.

They were super understanding of wanting to sit next to my friends, very accommodating, and they had great costumer service. Some nail salons don’t actually take you in when you made your appointment, but bebe did! Not to mention all my nails were perfect and straight and exactly what I wanted. Great experience and best nails I’ve ever gotten! They were super understanding of wanting to sit next to my friends, very accommodating, and they had great costumer service. Some nail salons don’t actually take you in when you made your appointment, but bebe did! Not to mention all my nails were perfect and straight and exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be coming here again!

They listened to what I wanted, repeated it back to me, and then did an excellent job. I’m from out of town and very picky about the way my nails are done. 10/10 would recommend! Katrina helped me! Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityThe first time I tried to use this place for a pedicure I scheduled an appointment and when I arrived they sat me down and had me soak my feet for 45mins until my feet were like prunes before anyone serviced me. I went back again to try it again. This time I walked in and was told it would be a 15min wait. After waiting 15/20 mins. They took 2 lady’s that walked in and sat them right down before us. When we walked in and asked you if you had availability for pedicures the answer should have been, “No, we have appointments scheduled”. Very very unprofessional. I will never go there again. Try A-Z nails by Raleys or xpo nails by Target I promise you will have a much better experience then this place. The first time I tried to use this place for a pedicure I scheduled an appointment and when I arrived they sat me down and had me soak my feet for 45mins until my feet were like prunes before anyone serviced me.
