Service has gone downhill the last couple times…. They schedule there appointment to close together.. by the time they start your pedicures there are three others waiting, You end up getting a 15 minute pedicure for $45 that looks horrible…… half the gel polish was off the next day…. Used to get my nails done there every other week and loved it. Went to get a full set with shellac 2 weeks ago. Nails were done terrible, extra wide and acrylic not covering the whole nail, charged me $45 for the cat eye polish then tried charging another $5 for the line which is literally just a magnet waved over the nail. Got my nails refilled today inside the mall and had an excellent experience! Got a refill, reshape into coffin and was charged normal shellac price for cat eye polish with the line and the staff were so much friendlier and outgoing. Gonna continue to go inside the mall from now on!

Workers were friendly and did a great job on our nails! VERY quick manicure. We will definitely be going back! FOLLOW UP: SO, went back to get nails done again since the first time was a success, WELL, talk about the exact opposite this time!! Shellac wore off in 4 days, went back yesterday and was told it was because of the light color I chose and he proceeded to pick a blue color and redo my nails, I can’t stand blue!! The job was rough and horrible and today, two of my nails have ripped off way short. He ran the sander too hard, fast and too long on my nails and now I’m going to be trying to regrow them for months!!! NEVER again!! It was his mistake on my nails not lasting and then he’s mad cuz I want them fixed since it had only been 4 days???

I will first say they were very nice, fast, had a clean looking shop, had their prices prominently displayed, offered full pedicure with massage chair that I didn’t know how to operate, and had a good selection of both acrylic and gel colors and treatments.
